New Member Abstract Award
The New Member Abstract Award is given for the best Poster presented by a New Member of the society. Posters presented by New Members will be judged by a team of reviewers and the Award winner will be announced and presented with a trophy and a $500 honorarium during the Lunch & Awards Session on Monday. At the time the Award is presented, the author will be asked to give a short talk outlining the summary of the findings of the study.

Wayne A. Colburn Memorial Award
The Wayne A. Colburn Memorial Award honors the memory of the late Wayne A. Colburn, former ACCP President at the time of his passing on February 2, 2003.
The Wayne A. Colburn Memorial Award will be given for the best Poster presented among the eight Student & Trainee Award winners, as judged by a team of reviewers. The winner of the Wayne A. Colburn Memorial Award will receive a trophy and a $500 honorarium during the Lunch & Awards Session on Monday. At the time the Award is presented, the author will be asked to give a short talk outlining the findings of the study.

ACCP/ISoP SIG Student Abstract Award
ACCP is sponsoring the ACCP/ISoP Special Interest Group (SIG) Student Abstract Award. The SIG identifies areas of submission that are consistent with its focus and Student & Trainee Abstracts within those areas are reviewed and scored by SIG Leadership. The top scoring Abstract is the recipient of the ACCP/ISoP Student Abstract Award and will receive complimentary 3-day registration to attend the ACCP Annual Meeting, a $500 honorarium and a trophy The Award will be announced and presented during the Saturday evening event held prior to the Annual Meeting. The winner will also be acknowledged during the Lunch & Awards Session on Monday and asked to present a short talk outlining the findings of the study during the SIG Event on Monday.

The Elliot S. Vesell Award
In memory of Dr. Elliot S. Vesell, long-time Fellow, former President & Honorary Regent of ACCP, an Award is given to the top Student & Trainee Abstract in the area of pharmacogenomics. The winner will receive a trophy and a $500 honorarium, a complimentary 3-day registration to attend the Annual Meeting and up to $500 reimbursable travel expenses. The Award is announced and presented during the Saturday evening event held prior to the Annual Meeting and is also acknowledged during the Lunch & Awards Session on Monday.

Abstracts must be submitted by the April 13th deadline to be considered for an Abstract Award.
Candidates for the New Member Abstract Award are New Members who have joined ACCP and paid dues between August 1, 2022 and July 31, 2023.
