HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY FOR ACCP ANNUAL MEETING ATTENDEES

(as of 3/22/2022)

ACCP is committed to the health and safety of Attendees of the 2022 Annual Meeting. While we cannot remove all risks, we are committed to continually monitoring the state of the pandemic and will follow Centers for Disease Control and local guidance as it applies to travel and conducting in-person meetings, including continually updating guidelines as necessary.

ACCP is deeply respectful of the right of our Annual Meeting Attendees to make their own choices on wearing face coverings. While current guidance is that they are not required, we realize everyone’s situation and comfort level is different and respect your personal decision.

We ask that all attendees abide by the following:
  • Confirm that you are fully vaccinated (including required booster) OR have received a negative result from a COVID-19 test (rapid antigen or PCR) within 48 hours of the first day of the meeting (please be prepared to share documentation if asked)
  • Are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov
  • Are not under any self-quarantine orders
  • Abide by all applicable regulations and health and safety protocols
ACCP asks that you indicate your vaccination status during the online registration process. We will not be checking vaccine cards onsite but if you are not vaccinated, will need to see your negative test result when you check in at the registration desk.

Current local guidelines indicate that masks are not required in indoor facilities, however, Attendees who are unvaccinated should continue to wear a mask or face covering when indoors to minimize the potential spread of the virus This policy may change depending on local conditions and public health requirements.
