The ACCP Annual Meeting will provide you with valuable tools to achieve your professional goals. ACCP remains committed to offering Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) credits for educational events. The 2016 ACCP Annual Meeting offers 28 hours of Continuing Education credit, at no additional cost to attendees.

Annual Meeting registration fees vary based on registration categories and options. All Members must be in good standing at the time of registration to receive Member rates. ACCP is pleased to offer special registration rates to members of Sister Organizations (AAPS, AGAH, ASCPT, ASPET, BPS, CSPT, EUFEMED, ISAP and ISoP), as well as to our colleagues from the FDA, NIH, CDC and other US government entities. When registering, please select the appropriate pricing category from the options noted below. Membership in Sister Organizations, Student status and employment at a government entity will be verified.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE for Pre-meeting Workshops is Monday, August 15, 2016. ACCP reserves the right to cancel Pre-meeting Workshops due to low attendance. Should cancellation be required, registrants will receive a full refund for the cost of the Pre-meeting Workshop only.

Group Registrations

ACCP is pleased to offer group discount rates for the 2016 Annual Meeting. The discounted rates apply to groups from the same school or organization. Groups of 6 or more receive a 10% discount on the 3-day conference registration rate. Discounts do not apply to Pre-meeting Workshops or 1-day passes. Group registrations will be accepted through June 30, 2016.

The paper registration forms for each individual in the group must be submitted within one email to [email protected]  in order to receive the applicable group discount. Please include the following information in the email:

  • The name of the primary contact person
  • Any special instructions

Group Registration Policies

  1. Full payment must be received by July 15th in order for discount to be applied.
  2. Discount applies to the 3-day meeting registration only.
  3. Group discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, including special pricing already provided to Sister Organizations or US Government colleagues.
  4. Registration payment(s) for the group discount must be processed at one time to be eligible for the group discount.
  5. No refunds or cancellations will be allowed for passes purchased as part of the group discount. Substitution is permitted if notification is submitted in writing to [email protected] by August 15th.
  6. Please note that discounts cannot be applied retroactively. If you have already registered and paid your registration in full, you are not eligible for a discount on a group registration submitted at a later date.

Please thoroughly complete the registration form. Any missing information may delay the processing of the group registration. Each individual will receive a confirmation email when the registration has been processed.

Note: Registration forms sent separately (or online registrations) will be processed as individual registrations and will not be eligible for the group discount, nor will they count toward the minimum number of registrations required.

Cancellation/refund Policy: 

Meeting registration cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than Monday, August 15th and are subject to a $250 nonrefundable processing fee. After August 15th, no cancellations will be permitted and only substitutions will be considered. The transfer of your registration to another person will be considered by contacting [email protected] or 571-291-3493 ext. 3.
