The American College of Clinical Pharmacology is pleased to announce that Clinical Pharmacology in Drug Development (CPDD) has been approved for indexing in the PubMed/MEDLINE® database, a global resource for journal citations and biomedical literature. Since the introduction of CPDD, Editor-in-Chief David J. Greenblatt, MD, has developed an international Editorial Board consisting of basic and clinical scientists who are well-established in the field of clinical pharmacology and represent academic, regulatory and industry sectors. The Board works closely with the Editor-in-Chief to provide strategic oversight and guidance, as well as to assist with operational requirements. Please join us in congratulating Dr. Greenblatt and the CPDD Editorial Board for this outstanding achievement.

About CPDD

Introduced in 2012, CPDD is an international, peer-reviewed journal focused on publishing high-quality clinical pharmacology studies in drug development which are primarily (but not exclusively) performed in early development phases in healthy subjects. The principal criteria for acceptance is scientific merit and there is a clear acknowledgement of the role played by the outcome of descriptive or "negative" studies in determining regulatory and therapeutic decisions. In addition, CPDD includes review articles, opinion or commentary articles and key teaching points. Read more about CPDD.
